1. Game Download

Download TDU 2 via Steam or, If you don’t have the game on Steam or this method:

Download the game on archive.org. You can either download the ISO file (very slow) or use a torrent program like qBittorrent.

2. Installation and setup

• Extract the ISO and run the setup file to install the game.
• Once the game is installed, create a new folder called “TDU 2”.
• Create a new folder within the TDU 2 folder called “prefix”
• Move the game folder to the newly created “TDU 2” folder.
• Delete the following files from the game folder: steamapi.dll, update.json, UpLauncher.exe, UpLauncher.dvxk-cache

3. Launcher Download

• Download the UpLauncher from the link below (full)

  Welcome to Project Paradise 2

• Move the new UpLauncher into the game folder

4. Install and setup Lutris and ProtonQT

• To install Lutris and ProtonQT on the Steam Deck, switch to Desktop Mode, open Discover, then search and install Lutris and Proton QT.
• When you install ProtonQT, the “Lutris Flatpack” should be detected automatically in the dropdown menu.
• Press “Add version, then select “Wine GE” for compatibility tool and the latest version of GE-Proton (non-LoL)
• Open Lutris and press “add game” (Plus button on the top-left) and select “Add locally installed game”
